The Planning and Zoning Board is developing a proposed ordinance for residential infill subdivisions. In brief, the ordinance would allow and set the rules for small residential subdivisions of properties less than 1.2 acres in size, and allow the use of private drives for access to the new lots. An initial draft has been prepared and is being reviewed by the Board. Comments on the proposal are welcome and will be considered in finalizing the draft to be presented to the City Council for adoption. The Board plans to finalize their proposal at the November 26, 2017 meeting held at noon in the City Council Chambers. Comments can be sent to the City planner at todds@cityofcody.com or delivered to City Hall. Questions? Call (307) 527-3472.
