The State of Wyoming Veterans Memorial Park is dedicated to Wyoming men and women killed in military service to their country.
The Park features special memorials representing World War I, World War II, Korean War, Vietnam War, Enduring Freedom engagements, and peace-time service.
In addition to memorial monuments, the Park includes benches, walking paths, and public restrooms. The Park is open to the public from dawn to dusk, year-round.
The Park features history of the fight for American freedom that so many gave their lives for around the world. Each memorial tells a story of the various conflicts and interesting facts about the battles that have shaped the landscape of the world we live in today.
American military conflicts that the Park serves to recognize and memorialize include the following:
Some of the walkways in the Park are lined with a border of engraved paver stones. These pavers can be purchased to memorialize or recognize military or other family members.
The pavers are 12-inch square, granite blocks. Each paver costs $250 to purchase. Order forms for pavers are available at the Park or at the link below. All money collected from the sales is used for Park maintenance and improvements.
Eight-inch War Dog paver blocks are also able to be purchased by filling out the submitting the form at the link below.
